We are a very fast-paced, high touch team who focus on delivery of awesome business outcomes We are a well-established group that covers project management, service delivery and technical specialisations - no 2 days will be the same
About the Role
The Business Contracts Manager has overall responsibility to ensure all contractual obligations have been met. This includes everything from invoicing, reporting, formal correspondence to the setup and maintenance of a central repository for all policies and procedures.
You'll work as part of the commercial team to think strategically and proactively, reporting to the General Manager, Commercial. You will derive innovative solutions within the account to strive towards strategic outcomes and increase efficiencies.
What you'll do
As Business Contracts Manager, the core objectives and responsibilities of your role include:
- Contribute with the interpretation and delivery of contracted services to the customer to achieve Performance Measures, Service Standards and Outcomes
- Responsible for the delivery of all client reporting and invoicing
- Take action on any escalation if raised by the client
- Identify and action areas of improvement and through continuous service and process improvement, ensure the team objectives are met through productive team management
- Responsible for a joint process between the customer and IT Operations for adherence to our contractual obligations under the contract.
What you'll bring
You will bring extensive experience with contract management and client liaison. You might have an operational understanding of IT service delivery where you have gained knowledge of service management practices and processes. You have a good understanding of IT outsourcing contracts, performance indicators and reporting. You will bring outstanding customer focus and stakeholder management, along with exceptional attention to detail.
