At our organization, we're seeking a part-time commercial counsel to join our team. This role will support the business with all commercial contract-related matters and provide valuable legal and commercial guidance.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with leadership on commercial contract matters, identifying areas to improve efficiency in the contracting process.
- Negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, and draft comprehensive commercial agreements.
- Manage contract negotiations, optimize commercial processes, and ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Review existing client contracts and data protection agreements to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Senior Paralegal or Commercial Lawyer with experience in managing complex commercial contracts.
- Strong understanding of contract law, privacy regulations, and data protection standards.
- Able to identify risks and develop practical solutions that balance commercial objectives with risk mitigation.
- Flexible working arrangements, allowing you to choose how you work your 18-20 hours.
