The Ideal Candidate
A seasoned and analytical professional with 10+ years of experience in cost management or a similar role in a project-driven environment.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial software.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Attention to detail and adaptability to changing conditions.
Decision-making ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement cost control strategies and systems.
Monitor and analyze project costs and budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
Provide financial reporting and forecasting to management and project teams.
Work with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Facilitate team communication to ensure clear and consistent information exchange within the team and with other stakeholders.
Requirements
US or Australian citizenship.
US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
