  • As Senior Cost Control Manager, you will oversee budget development and financial forecasting for complex projects. Your expertise in cost control methodologies, financial analysis, and project management principles will ensure accurate budgets, efficient expenditure tracking, and risk mitigation.

  • Your role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement cost-saving strategies, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing actionable insights to drive operational success.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A seasoned and analytical professional with 10+ years of experience in cost management or a similar role in a project-driven environment.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with financial software.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Attention to detail and adaptability to changing conditions.

  • Decision-making ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cost control strategies and systems.

  • Monitor and analyze project costs and budgets to ensure financial targets are met.

  • Provide financial reporting and forecasting to management and project teams.

  • Work with project managers to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Facilitate team communication to ensure clear and consistent information exchange within the team and with other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • US or Australian citizenship.

  • US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
