Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cost Control Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cost control strategies and systems.

You will work closely with project managers to monitor and analyze project costs and budgets, providing financial reporting and forecasting to ensure that financial targets are met.

Your expertise in cost management will enable you to identify cost-saving opportunities and develop solutions to mitigate financial risks.

In this role, you will also be responsible for maintaining quality control measures and facilitating effective communication within the team and with other stakeholders.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A US or Australian citizenship.
  • A US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in cost management or a similar role in a project-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with financial software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

This is an onsite position located in Alice Springs and requires 100% attendance. The ideal candidate will have strong decision-making skills, attention to detail, and adaptability to changing conditions and requirements.
