We are looking for a Human Relations Consultant to work with our client and their highly motivated team in Keswick. The position will have a tenure of 6 months.

As a Human Relations Consultant, you will be responsible for providing HR solutions and services that will help drive business objectives and support the overall culture of the organization. You will serve as a trusted and credible business partner to the management team and employees, providing guidance and solutions to various HR challenges.

**Requirements**:

- Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation
- At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Well-versed in HR policies and procedures, employment laws, and labour regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines

**Responsibilities**:

- Partner with leaders and employees to provide HR guidance, coaching, and consultation on various HR issues, including performance management, employee relations, and compensation and benefits
- Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and deliver training programs that support employee development and performance improvement
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
