About the role
Fixed term temporary part time opportunity to provide services in Haematology for patients at Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital (RBWH) governance at the RBWH and affiliated Metro North Hospital and Health Services (MNHHS) facilities, including North Lakes Oncology precinct and Caboolture Hospital.
About you
- Assist the Director with the running of the Department of Clinical Haematology/BMT.
- Supervise junior medical staff, delegate duties according to their knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Assist with the maintenance of standards and clinical advancement through periodic review of protocols and techniques, and research.
- Participate in Performance Development process and undertake an annual performance review.
- Model and encourage a culture of active listening, continuous learning and leadership, which values high levels of constructive feedback and exposure to new experiences.
