Role Summary
About the PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced haematologist to provide specialist services in Haematology.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the running of the Department of Clinical Haematology/BMT.
- Supervise junior medical staff, delegate duties according to their knowledge, skills and abilities.
- Contribute to maintaining standards and clinical advancement through periodic review of protocols and techniques, and research.
The successful applicant will be committed to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the health equity agenda by actively supporting the elimination of racial discrimination and institutional racism, and recognising the importance of working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, communities and organisations.
