Job Details:
The Project Coordinator assists Program Managers in the execution of multiple program-related tasks. In particular, this role will help to prepare deliverables, reports and briefings. This position is suitable for a an experienced coordinator eager to develop their career in Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintains folders for document control and tracking
- Supports and monitors all program activities from inception to completion including proposal development, product design, procurement, subcontracting, testing, delivery, installation and acceptance.
- Supports Program Managers in monthly status reports; Program Management Review (PMR) slides and meeting preparation.
- Supports early or on-time deliveries of all required project/program documentation (CDRLs, etc.).
- Monitors Action Items (AIs) and supports timely completion of open AIs
- Performs financial management tasks using SAP
- Reports on risk management to help identify risk reduction on assigned programs
- Assists with proposal development, statements of work, specification development and major subcontract management

About You:

- 4 - 6 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience of demand management and schedule management
- Experience working with SAP
- Strong knowledge of project management processes and tools
- Skilled user of SharePoint, MS Project and MS Office, MS Suite.
- Certificate / Diploma in Project Management is highly desirable
