As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of ensuring Scope has the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.
You'll: Partner with Hiring Managers and team members to create seamless, compliant, and positive recruitment experiences.
Support and coordinate the behind-the-scenes magic – from inbox management, compliance checks, Recruitment Reporting, through to candidate care.
Share ideas and find smarter ways to attract, engage, and welcome amazing people into Scope.

What Will Set You Up for Success Experience supporting recruitment or talent acquisition activities (or similar).
Confidence working with Microsoft Office (or similar) – your spreadsheets and documents are always accurate and polished.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage people from all walks of life via phone and email.
The flexibility to juggle competing priorities without losing attention to detail.
A curiosity to learn about the disability sector and a passion for contributing to meaningful change.
The Important Stuff
Because we support people with disabilities, this role requires: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Working with Children Check.
Driver's license (if travel is part of the role).
International Police Check if you've lived overseas in the last 10 years.

Scope is one of the largest not-for-profit disability service providers in Australia, supporting thousands of people with complex intellectual, physical, and multiple disabilities.
We operate across Victoria and New South Wales through more than 425 service locations and support more than 5600 people.

Please note: successful applicants will be required to hold a NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and a Working with Children Check.
If you have lived or worked for a continuous period of 12 months or more in another country within the last 10 years, a certified International Police Check from that country/countries will also be required.
