We're seeking a Site Coordinator - Plant & Equipment / Fleet Management with a strong background in administrative support and coordination across construction or project environments. In this pivotal role, you'll manage systems related to plant and equipment, ensuring field supervisors are equipped with accurate work orders, and overseeing documentation and reporting to close out fleet system records.

- Solid experience in project or construction administration
- High-level organisational and document management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear, professional communication and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive under deadlines and pressure
- Experience with CCMS, Hexagon, or similar systems
