**About the Role**

**Duties**
- Serve as a departmental role model or mentor by working alongside employees to perform technical or functional job duties.
- Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time and that they meet appropriate quality standards.
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storeroom areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- Use detergent, rinsing, and sanitizing chemicals at the appropriate levels to clean dishes.
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
- Assist with department training requirements and coach and develop employees.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in a stewarding team leader role required.
- Unrestricted working rights for Australia
- Nationally Recognised Food Safety Certification for Supervisors
