We have an opportunity for a general administration and customer service person to support our Communities Team with administration duties.

As the Business Support Officer, we are looking for someone friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast-paced environment, this is a diverse role where no one day is the same. This role has an impact on not only the success of the team yet helps our business support thousands living with disability in the community and this is based in our Booragoon office.

**Here's what you'll be doing**:

- Provide administrator support to achieve business outcomes through maintaining and updating records of client tracking data.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Accurate data entry and management of workflow spreadsheets.
- Develop positive working relationships with your team and with internal and external stakeholders.

**Here's what you need to apply**:
Submit your current resume demonstrating the following
- Minimum of two year's current experience in Administration.
- Experience in Microsoft office suite, in particular Excel.
- Good judgement and discretion.
- Highly developed interpersonal skills.
- Passion for ensuring quality and integrity in everything you do.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Commitment to customer service.
- Strong compliance mindset, with previous experience working in reporting, compliance or data management highly regarded.
