**About CDK Stone**

For 40 years, we have been providing total support to the stone industry through our offering of luxurious natural stone, premium tools and high-end industrial machinery.

With a national presence of 110 employees, five showrooms, warehouses and offices across Sydney, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Perth, we are now looking for our next Safety and Training Coordinator to take the lead in upholding our commitment to our staff's health and wellbeing.

**About the Role**

You will add incredible value through:

- Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments of working conditions and hazardous work environments.
- Completing regular audits of safety equipment, ordering new gear when necessary.
- Managing the safety incident reporting procedure, ensuring reportable incidents are communicated accurately and in a timely manner.
- Supporting the investigation of incidents/near misses and identification of possible causes.
- Ensuring an accurate and up-to-date record of training requirements is available for all staff.
- Conducting contractor safety inductions to ensure external stakeholders hold relevant licensing and insurance.

- You have always loved helping others. In your role, you found it fulfilling assisting customer's by providing a tailored solution to their queries.
- You took pride in caring for your team. Your the first person to respond to a safety concern or check in if a colleague is feeling okay.
