Work with a NSW Government Agency as a WHS Advisor, coordinating and delivering quality training programs and services across the department.

About the Role:

- Design, develop and deliver strategic training programs in workplace health and safety, contributing to learning and development initiatives.

- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training programs and services, identifying areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with managers and staff to identify needs and requirements, capability and skill gaps across the department.

- Develop and maintain user-centric systems, guides and instructional videos for efficient knowledge sharing.

- Provide timely guidance and advice on WHS risks to managers and employees.

Essential Requirements:

- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources or related field, combined with professional experience

- Cert IV in Training and Assessment

- Current Driver's License and willingness to travel

- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills
