About the role
The Program Capability Lead will help deliver a decade of action towards net zero emissions, reducing waste and building climate-resilient communities across Victoria. We are seking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced community engagement specialist.
The successful person will form part of the Community Solutions Team which sits within the Community Action group at Sustainability Victoria. The Community Solutions Team delivers community programs to support a vision for all Victorians to be participating in a thriving environment and circular economy.
About you
You love working with diverse communities and the words collaboration and engagement are music to your ears. You have many years of experience creating and delivering long term benefits for communities and are known for your well-honed project management skills. You have delivered education and/or behaviour change programs and initiatives. Not only will you have the ability to inspire, influence and bring the right people together, you know how to drive outcomes, measure impact and share in other's successes. You feel extremely comfortable leading and delivering collaborative projects, are solutions focused and can effectively communicate with different audiences.
