**Your Impact**
We are seeking an experienced Program Capability Manager to partner with the Workstream Change Managers and relevant business stakeholders to develop and deliver the overarching Capability Strategy for the SAP transition and integration program.
The Organisation Change Team was established to support Asahi's significant Transformation Agenda and partner with the business to manage change both at the individual project level and strategically across the organisation. The Program Capability Manager role has been created to lead the capability uplift across the business for our SAP transition and integration program.
This transition and integration will see the CUB and Asahi Beverages businesses brought together on a single SAP platform, enhancing and streamlining processes business wide. As the Program Capability Manager, you will report to the Program Change Manager and will be responsible for the design and delivery of the Capability Strategy to ensure that all impacted stakeholders have the capability required and are ready, to operate in the desired future state.
**Key responsibilities**
- Manage overall strategy, execution of Training Needs Analysis and lead all phases of capability planning, collateral development, delivery, and measurement.
- Design all capability using a structured methodology and process considering different learning styles and needs.
- Ensure multiple pathways are considered for skill uplift including face to face training, online guides and resources, on-demand performance support etc.
- Collaborate closely with workstream change and training resources, cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to uplift team member capability in a manner that is sustainable and minimises business disruption.
- Support and coach senior leaders, managers, and project teams on adult learning practices and tools.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and concerns and develop customised plans to ensure readiness and promote adoption.
- Collaborate with Change peers to ensure consistency of delivery across the enterprise change portfolio.
**About You**
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Undergraduate tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Change, Organisational Psychology, Business, or related discipline is desirable.
- Certification in Training and Assessment highly desirable
- Experience managing learning and development for large-scale organisation wide changes in a fast paced and complex organisation.
- Experience managing both strategic planning and hands-on facilitation of SAP implementations
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles and methodologies including the 70:20:10 model.
- Collaborative, adaptive and skilled at effectively handling competing priorities in a complex, ambiguous environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to design simple, engaging, and effective capability collateral along with confident and adaptive facilitation style.
- Ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels of the business with diverse groups of people.
- Business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
- FMCG industry experience highly desirable
