**How you'll make an impact**
- Assist with communications, media and broadcast coverage for WA Cricket's Domestic Cricket Teams (WA Men's and Women's, Perth Scorchers W/BBL and Pathways).
- Travel with the Perth Scorchers BBL side as media manager, leading proactive and reactive media and gameday requirements, including broadcast.
- Identify and cover inspiring stories, across all levels of cricket, with a focus on WA Cricket's diversity and inclusion programs and initiatives.
- Assist with communications and content-related requirements across all levels of cricket, that align with WA Cricket's strategic goals.
- Work with the WA Cricket Communications and Digital teams to produce relevant and engaging content that compliments the current WA Cricket/Perth Scorchers digital content plans.
- Assist with identifying and delivering opportunities and key milestone announcements to share cricket stories and promote awareness.
- Consistently monitor websites to maintain most up-to-date and relevant information on WA Cricket and WA Cricket's Domestic Cricket Teams (WA Men's and Women's, Perth Scorchers W/BBL and Pathways).
- Assist with content requirements for WA Cricket's annual publications.
- Ensure execution of and adherence to commercial/branding/partnership obligations in all media and communications activities.

- Degree qualification in Communications, Journalism or another relevant field.
- Experience in communications or media with a proven ability to work to deadlines and contributing to a team environment.
- Strong writing skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to form strong relationships across the organisation at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of cricket.
- Strong set of personal values which are aligned with WA Cricket's values of excellence, collaboration, celebration and inclusion.
- Experience with content management systems and proficiency in Photoshop, video production and editing. (desirable)
- Experience generating content for social media (desirable).
- Experience using Content Management Systems, specifically Pulselive (desirable).
- Experience with photography and filming (desirable).
