We're looking for a Business Process Analyst who's passionate about process improvement, AI and automation. This role involves analyzing, designing and delivering end-to-end solutions within a high-performing, cross-functional team of data science and automation experts. You will drive technology innovation across the Suncorp group by delivering intelligent solutions that support customers and colleagues.
What You'll Do
Engage with product owners and process owners and take end-to-end ownership of AI & automation projects (discovery, analysis, testing, and implementation)
Independently review business processes, architecture, design, and plans for intelligent solution delivery
Identify and extract requirements using tools such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and observations
Evaluate information and data to determine problems, opportunities and solutions
Contribute to estimating development effort and drive performance of code development to meet target timeframes
Assess risk on new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where required
Build and present recommendations, findings and options to Senior Management
What You'll Bring
Significant experience facilitating and leading process discovery and modelling to assess improvement or automation opportunities
Experience owning and managing multiple initiatives end to end
Background in delivering automation or technology-enabled business solutions
Exposure to Robotic Process Automation and/or Generative AI
Experience working with technology departments, including offshore developers
Business Analysis qualifications (desirable)
