**The Y** believes that camping is all about challenging and inspiring through adventures outdoors. YMCA Camping helps school groups, sporting groups and community groups to make memories for life, as well as develop teamwork and leadership skills.

**The Y Camp Warrawee** is now seeking a **Customer Services Officer on a casual basis** to join the team.

**About the workspace**

We operate two camp locations only 35 minutes north of Brisbane. The camps are set in beautiful bushland settings providing guests the opportunity to escape and recharge, or to challenge themselves through a range of adventure activities on land, in water, or up in the air.

As the face of The Y, your friendly and approachable disposition will provide an engaging and fun atmosphere while you welcome guests, answer general enquiries and promote our programs and services.
- Provide efficient and courteous telephone and reception services for customers of the Camp
- Manage customer feedback and complaints with appropriate follow-up through to successful resolution
- Process customer bookings and enrolments for programs and services at the Camp
- Follow approved procedures regarding food and beverage stock take and reordering
- Administrative tasks related to the operation of camps including food orders, invoicing and attendance records
- Maintain staff roster for kitchen and cleaning staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports
