This Australian-owned industry leader in commercial and industrial electrical, cabling, and communications has an opportunity for an experienced
**Projects Administrator **to join their Brisbane CBD based team.

Their reputation for professionalism and delivering excellence, paired with their trust in long term relationships with clients has resulted in excellent growth.

This role involves successfully supporting and co-ordinating all site related aspects to ensure completion of the project in accordance with expectations across quality, safety, environmental, time, profit and project business plan objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist Project Manager with day to day administrative tasks
- Schedule regular meetings and record decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
- Break projects into doable tasks and set timeframes and goals and update workflows
- Collate weekly timesheets
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Procurement - resources, like equipment and material
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant case studies)
- Track expenses
- Monitor project progress and address potential issues
- Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements
- Measure and report on project performance
- Assist with mobilising/demobilisng project resources including staff and Sub Contractors
- Act as the point of contact for all participants
- Ad hoc administrative support as required

**Requirements**:

- Previous demonstrated experience in a Project Administrator role
- Advance level Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously
- High level organisational and time management skills
- High level attention to detail
- Previous experience with construction would be advantageous
