Job Title: Project Contract Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced contract administrator to join our team and play a key part in providing end-to-end project contract administration combining hands-on project engagement with internal stakeholders and deep expertise in procurement contracts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and executing project agreements in line with company standards and governance requirements. Additionally, they will support procurement processes from scoping and design through to contract award and handover, facilitate contractor kick-off, progress, and handover meetings, and identify commercial opportunities and apply sound commercial principles to drive favourable outcomes.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and proficiency in contract administration and governance processes.

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience

  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
