of the role This role will be located at North
Ryde - Packable, and you will participate in in the
day-to-day support and training of our Crew Members.Australian Disability
Enterprises (ADE) exists to support people living with a

The Support Worker role involves assisting our Crew Members to actively
participate in work, upskill and fulfill our commercial partner requirements,

Central Coast, Mid North Coast and Far North Coast regions in NSW.About the role Supporting Crew Members in the day-to-day operation of our packaging facility Supporting our Crew Members working on production lines and assembling various
goods Upskilling and Training our Crew Members to achieve positive employment
outcomes.
Assist with meeting commercial partner requirementsHours: You will work Monday to
Friday, day shift.About youThe suitable applicant will have: Knowledge and understanding of people who have a disability and/or barrier to
employment.
High level of attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse group of employees.
Demonstrated knowledge of WHS practices.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and follow directions.
Willingness to take part in training.
