**Position Overview**:
We are seeking passionate and skilled culinary professionals to join our dynamic kitchen team. Whether you're an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Commis Chef, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dishes that highlight the unique characteristics of wood-fired cuisine.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Development & Execution**:

- Collaborate on creating innovative menus that showcase seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.
- Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to meet our high standards.
- **Wood-Fired Cooking Expertise**:

- Operate and maintain wood-fired grills and ovens, mastering techniques that enhance flavor profiles.
- Monitor and control cooking temperatures to achieve desired results.
- **Kitchen Operations**:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a fine dining kitchen, with a strong emphasis on wood-fired cooking techniques.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
- Exceptional palate with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
