
Key Account Manager

PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION Support the Pacific Wholesale Account team in driving digital growth for Amazon.
This role contributes to optimizing brand representation, consumer experience, and sell-through performance by providing analysis, ensuring content excellence, and supporting the execution of digital initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Track and analyze Amazon performance metrics, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Build dashboards and reports to support account leads in decision-making.
Ensure consistent, accurate, and optimized product content across Amazon.
Monitor consumer demand and assortment trends to support sales growth.
Support execution of Digital Joint Business Plans by tracking progress against KPIs.
Partner with internal teams (Planning, Brand Activation, Finance, Digital Wholesale) to align initiatives.
Prepare materials and insights for senior account managers and stakeholder meetings.
Assist in monitoring 3P resellers to protect brand standards.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Solid understanding of digital KPIs (Impressions, CTR, PDP views, ATC, CVR, ROAS) and how they impact performance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Experience in Digital Wholesale (preferably Amazon or marketplace).
Clear communicator, able to present findings and recommendations in a concise way.
Organized and proactive, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI tools a plus.
Understanding of Amazon Retail Analytics and retail media platforms.
Familiarity with marketplace operations (content, availability, backend systems).
KPIS Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
Improvement in key Amazon performance metrics (conversion, traffic, availability).
Contribution to digital share of business and brand visibility.
KEY RELATIONSHIPS Key Account team Digital Wholesale team Internal:(Planning, Finance, Brand Activation, Category Management) External: Amazon operational teams REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
4-5 years' experience in Sales, Digital Account Management, or Digital/eCommerce roles.
Experience with marketplaces, ideally Amazon, strongly preferred.
Background in Digital Merchandising, Consumer Experience, or Digital Marketing a plus.
Knowledge of the global e-commerce ecosystem beneficial.
