
Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our key account management initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building trusted relationships with clients, and identifying strategic opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Manage and develop key accounts to drive revenue growth
- Serve as primary client contact and liaison, fostering strong relationships with CxOs and other key stakeholders
- Identify and pursue strategic initiatives to help clients achieve their goals and drive transformational programs
- Provide thought leadership and innovation in managing key customers
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage project risks
A Key Account Manager's success is measured by revenue growth, client satisfaction, and employee retention. Key performance indicators include renewal win rates and client experience.
Requirements:- 10+ years of account management experience in IT service industry with a proven track record in managing global and local clients
- Seasoned business development professional with excellent track record in managing and developing businesses
- Strong knowledge of technology and business segments within the financial services sector
- Domain expertise in latest digital innovations in the insurance industry
