We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic person to join our **Sydney** Project Delivery team as a **Project Administrator**. This role has a variety of project administration duties that will keep you busy and will continuously provide you with exciting challenges.
You will help support a small team of Project Managers with administration of project documentation and team engagement, assisting with the preparation of proposals, keeping our project accounting up to date and ensuring that client follow-up takes place.
The successful applicant is likely to be a confident, self-motivated individual who can work well as part of a small team within the Project Delivery group. Communications skills will be important both within the team and with external clients.

**Administration Duties**
- Perform a variety of project administration duties related to the support of successful project delivery and the general functioning of our office.
- Assisting with the preparation of tender documents.
- Ensuring that quality assurances are completed and recorded.
- Format and proofread memoranda, reports, letters.
**Project Delivery Support**
- Assist the Project Managers in defining the project plan, activities, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Track scope changes and approved change orders and communicates them to the project team and clients as required.
- Initiate and approve invoicing according to contract terms.
- Complete the project closeout process.
- Provide marketing administrative support.
**Stakeholder Assistance / Client Support / Client Duties**
- Prepare clients' status reports of project milestones.
- Actively involved in recovering receivables.
- Meet and exceed client expectations and project milestones.
- Background in Administrative support.
- Exceptional organisational, analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.
- Excellent written, communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent capabilities with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Experience in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to occasionally work flexible hours to meet deadlines and accommodate clients and colleagues in varying time zones.
- Ability to successfully meet milestones/deadlines.
- Desire and ability to work in and contribute to project teams.
- A passion to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
