- about 5 hours ago We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to work for a Queensland owned and family run wholesale bakery based in Brisbane.

**About the role**
This is a full-time permanent opportunity (40 hours a week) with flexible work arrangements. Reporting to the Managing Directors, you will be responsible for the following:

- Manage new and existing customer accounts
- Business development
- Oversee the Fresh promotional program
- Create and coordinate the distributor sales rep program
- Manage social media channels
- Accountable for CRM management

**About you**
As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will have a strong grounding in channel distribution and business development in the food industry and the ability to convert new business opportunities into viable and sustainable sales results.

Our client is seeking someone with an established network of key account and distributor contacts possessing the following:

- Experience in food service sales (direct and distributor channels)
- Proven leadership skills
- Result driven and competent to manage business outcomes as a team
- a self-motivator with outstanding IT and digital skills
