Sales and Marketing Manager
to join our current management team.
Role Overview
As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen marketing positioning. You'll lead a talented team, collaborate cross functionally, and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team. Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts and optimising the sales pipeline. Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to meet or exceed target.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email and traditional advertising. Ensure brand consistency and enhance brand visibility and reputation in the market.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs and competitive positioning. Use insights to refine strategies, improve customer engagement and inform produce/service development.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align efforts and maximise impact. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors and industry influencers.
- Oversee budget planning and ROI analysis for marketing initiatives.
- Organise and represent MOVE at trade shows, conferences and networking events to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles (5+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and commercial acumen.
- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or related field.
