The Position

Due to accelerated business growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to develop new business opportunities and maintain key client relationships. This is a highly autonomous role, managing a portfolio of key clients while implementing strategies to expand into new markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales and marketing function, ensuring daily operations align with company growth strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans, including for new warehouse operations.
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, industry trends, and competitive activities.
  • Determine price schedules and discount rates to optimize sales revenue.
  • Manage key client relationships, negotiate major contracts, and drive business development.
  • Oversee store management, ensuring smooth operations, inventory control, and customer service excellence.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital platforms, promotions, and trade partnerships.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance to senior management.
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and regional integration.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and WHS requirements.

The Candidate

  • Proven sales background in HVAC, air conditioning, or related industries.
  • Experience with technical products or equipment highly preferred.
  • Candidates from refrigeration, building services, or facility management sectors will be considered.
  • Confident, well-presented, and driven to build client relationships, expand networks, and deliver consistent sales growth.
