**Position Description**

We are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities in the ICT sector
- Handle objections and secure deals with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Lead generation, pipeline management, and account management
- Formulating and Implementing policies sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Using CRM platforms (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track leads
- and sales performance
- Using sales automation tools, reporting dashboards, and forecasting
- Effectively communicating with local and international clients
- Explain technical solutions in simple business terms to non-technical clients
- Consultative selling, understanding customer pain points, and offering
- tailored solutions
- Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Planning, organising, and coordinating the sales activities within our company
- Directing the development of initiatives for new products campaigns
- Identifying client needs and provide solutions that align with our company
- Overseeing the distribution and promotion of Zoho's software products through various sales channels, including direct sales teams, partners, and online marketplaces
- Directing sales methods and arrangements by setting prices and credit arrangements
- Delivering value-based selling and post-sales support

**About you**

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have:

- A relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification, or at least 5 years of relevant experience

**Salary**

The salary range for the position is $96,570 per annum plus superannuation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $96,570.00 per year
