Business Case Manager

Capgemini Invent is the digital innovation, transformation and consulting global business line of the Capgemini Group, specialising in advising and supporting enterprises in significant transformation, from innovative strategy to execution and with an unstinting focus on value creation.

We are looking for a Manager who has knowledge and experience in large business and technology transformations and improvement initiatives, with a focus on Business Cases. You'll have a history of successful business case development and validation. As well as a good understanding of investment decision making processes. You will have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that solve business challenges, and leading small teams in transformation engagements.

**What you'll do**:

- Leading and writing business cases related to business and technology transformation projects
- Guiding clients in value management process through benefit identification, quantification and tracking.
- Identifying and benchmarking business opportunities
- Building collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator or thought leader.
- Leading and managing cross functional teams located locally and virtually
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships with senior leaders from clients.

**What you'll bring**:

- 6+ years' experience in enterprise transformation, project delivery, business case development, strategy
- Strong consulting experience (internally in an organisation or externally at a consultancy company)
- Business and Finance experience with a relevant degree
- A big plus is ERP business case experience covering all core enterprise functions (Finance, Procurement, Assets Management etc)
- Excellent communicator, client management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills
