Our group encompasses a suite of businesses including Rethink Investing, Rethink Financing, Rethink Residential, and more, delivering a comprehensive ecosystem of property investment services across Australia and New Zealand.The Role:As Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the Marketing Specialist and broader team to execute campaigns, coordinate events, produce content, and deliver polished communications that elevate our brand.
This is a hands-on, fast-moving role perfect for someone looking to grow in a high-performance marketing team and contribute meaningfully to a respected national brand.Key Responsibilities:Maintain brand consistency across all communications and collateralAssist in PR activities including media list management, press release drafting, and outreachDraft internal newsletters and announcements, working closely with leadershipCoordinate logistics for in-person and online events including webinars and activationsSupport campaign roll-outs across digital, email, and social media channelsHelp create and manage marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and merchandiseUpload and update website content, blogs, and landing pagesTrack campaign performance and report insights to inform optimisationsWhat We're Looking For:2+ years' experience in a marketing coordination or similar roleBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldStrong understanding of branding, design, and visual consistencyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, WordPress, and MailchimpConfidence in managing multiple projects with accuracy and professionalismInterest in property investment and desire to grow in a dynamic, multi-brand businessWhy Join Rethink Group?
