Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Lorna Jane Full time

Why Lorna Jane?
At Lorna Jane, we're more than just activewear; we're a movement that inspires women to live their best, most active lives. We're passionate about empowering our team and customers alike, with a commitment to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace. When you join Lorna Jane, you're joining a family that values growth, wellbeing, and making a positive impact.
What is the role?
We're looking for a Technology Services Administrator to join our Brisbane Head Office team.
We're looking for a capable, organised person to join our Technology team in a role that combines coordination, admin and hands-on support. You'll help keep our systems running day-to-day and play a key role in supporting the rollout of new stores and other projects.
What You'll be doing
**As our Technology Service Administrator, you'll**:

- Manage ordering, tracking and inventory of IT hardware and software
- Keep records, documentation and contracts organised and up to date
- Help coordinate vendor and supplier activity, including for store fitouts
- Support user onboarding, access setup and other basic tech tasks
- Maintain communication between the tech team and other departments
- Pick up admin tasks that help the team stay focused and on track

Who We're Looking For
This is a support role at the centre of how we deliver and manage technology across the business. You'll be across a bit of everything—ordering and tracking hardware, managing records and inventories, following up with vendors, and helping ensure our internal processes stay on track.
Part of the role includes helping coordinate the tech side of our retail store projects. That could mean ordering gear, chasing up install dates, or working with suppliers to make sure everything turns up when it should. It's not all you'll be doing, but it's an important part of the job.
You don't need to be highly technical, but you do need to be comfortable working with systems and keen to learn. There's plenty of opportunity to build your knowledge and take on more over time.
What you'll bring to the role
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and follow-through
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- A genuine interest in learning more about IT systems and processes
- A calm, practical approach to solving problems

Experience in a similar admin or coordinator role would be a great foundation for success here. What matters most is reliability, a willingness to learn, and being someone the team can count on.
What's in it for You
You'll be joining a team that works hard, supports each other, and gets things done. It's a busy environment with variety in the day-to-day and the chance to grow your skills in a hands-on way. If you like the idea of working closely with a tech team and contributing to a business that's always moving forward, this could be a great fit.
Our Commitment to you
At Lorna Jane, we're committed to creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and included. We embrace diversity in all its forms and have worked hard to ensure our hiring practices are fair and free from bias.
Why you'll love working here
- Prime Location: Enjoy free onsite parking, making your daily commute hassle-free.
- Onsite Café: Start your day right with our Nourish Café, where you can enjoy healthy and delicious meals without leaving the office.
- Exclusive Discounts: Take advantage of generous discounts on the latest Lorna Jane collections, so you can live the active life we promote.
- Early Access: Be the first to see and experience our new collections before they hit the stores. As part of the HQ team, you'll get exclusive early access to view our latest designs.
- Community Engagement: Get involved in company events and initiatives that support and inspire our community. You'll have the chance to participate in events that align with our mission of empowering women to live their best lives.
- Team Spirit: Join a supportive team that's more like a family. We celebrate our wins together and collaborate to make a real impact
