Corporate Assets Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused leader to step into the role of Corporate Assets Coordinator.

This key position is central to delivering safe, efficient, and fit-for-purpose workplaces, vehicles, and equipment that support our everyday operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of workplace strategy and corporate facility improvements across multiple sites.
  • Oversee the fleet and plant lifecycle, including procurement, maintenance, renewals, and data systems.
  • Support and guide employees in managing fleet, plant, and equipment so it's safe, available, and well maintained.
  • Act as a key contact for emergency management and business continuity planning related to facilities and fleet.
  • Provide leadership and support to a small team of facilities and fleet professionals.
Requirements:
  • A collaborative and solutions-focused coordinator with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Qualifications in business, asset management, property/facilities management, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing facilities and workplace infrastructure across multiple sites.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and build effective relationships across internal teams and external contractors.
