About You and The Role As Clinical Manager – NDIS Services, you'll play a crucial leadership role across our client services.
You'll lead a team of dedicated Client Service Coordinators, ensure compliance, and continuously improve how we deliver care to our NDIS participants.

We're on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Manager NDIS Services to join our growing team on a 12-month part-time contract (0.7 FTE- negotiable).
What You'll Be Doing: Lead and manage the clinical delivery of NDIS servicesOversee assessments, care planning, and service coordinationEnsure clinical compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguarding FrameworkDrive continuous improvement in clinical practice and client outcomesMentor, develop, and support frontline staff and coordinatorsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to improve systems and processesRespond to incidents, feedback, and complex care situations professionally and promptly What You Bring: Registered Nurse (AHPRA) Strong understanding of NDIS and disability care frameworksProven leadership experience in a clinical or community care settingA passion for quality, safety, and person-centred practiceExceptional communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsNDIS Worker Clearance + Working with Children CheckCurrent Driver's Licence and Police CheckWhy CSI?
