Are you a driven and passionate leader looking for new challenge in 2025 ? Glue is seeking a 12-Month Maternity Cover Store Manager to join and lead our amazing team located in our Greenhills store

**What We're Looking For**:

- You must have at least 2 years of retail management experience
- Knowledge on driving sales & delivering exceptional customer service
- Natural-born leader wo can inspire and motivate the team
- Passion for fashion & attention to detail
- Leadership, motivator, & aspirational attributes
- High level of written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks & overall expectations
- A love for the Glue brand & culture
- Strong Problem solving and analytical skills

**Responsibilities include**:

- Lead by example & setting management expectations across your team
- Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
- Assist with roster management
- Train, mentor, & coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
- Manage the team ( Shop Floor & Back of House ) to ensure that tasks are completed in a efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
