**Key Accountabilities**

Internal Leadership
- Lead data collection, management and analysis for ESG/sustainability across the business
- Manage ESG/IR report production aligned with global benchmarks and Australian standards
- Implement robust reporting processes, systems and controls for assurance and compliance
- Engage stakeholders to collect, analyse, verify and approve disclosure of ESG data

Benchmarking, Reporting and Controls
- Respond to ESG data requests including benchmarking, rankings, agencies and investors
- Increase data collation, validation and processes to maximise value from data
- Monitor ESG performance against corporate targets and goals
- Regularly benchmark against peers and industry for best practice

Project Management
- Engage with external organisations on ESG reporting, indices and benchmarking
- Project manage and integrate new ESG reporting standards with Head of ESG support
- Effectively prioritise and manage reporting deadlines
- Engage suppliers on ESG data and reporting as required

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in ESG reporting, investor relations or business analyst reporting roles
- A bachelor's degree in business, finance or a postgraduate qualification related to ESG
- Project and program management skills, with knowledge of ESG frameworks like ASRS, CDP, GRI etc. being advantageous, as well as expertise in analytics and report preparation

- Meticulous planner with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise competing tasks effectively while keeping the end goal in sight.
- Passionate advocate for sustainability and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, driven to incorporate them into all aspects of work.
- Adept at data analysis, reporting, and providing insightful recommendations to management based on findings.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with proven ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively. Prior experience in supplier relationship management would be advantageous.
