Noosa Council is looking for a Civil and Assets Quality Officer to lead our Roads Infrastructure programs, coordinating contractors and delivering high-quality projects like sealed road resurfacing, rehabilitation, and patching.

About You: You bring tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Maintenance.
You hold (or are willing to obtain) a WH&S competency card and a C-class driver's licence.
Experience in asphalt, compaction, spray sealing, or traffic management is highly desirable.
You thrive on coordinating contractors, solving technical challenges, and delivering projects that make a tangible difference.
Your Role: Lead and oversee road infrastructure projects across Noosa, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
Provide on-site technical supervision, conduct inspections, and mentor in-house technical staff.
Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, contracts, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Coordinate with contractors, community, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery.
