This is a full-time on-site role for Office Scheduler & Administration located in Geebung, QLD.
The Office Scheduler & Administration personnel will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing office communications, providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and performing basic accounting tasks.
The role requires maintaining organised office operations and supporting the team with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Scheduling tasks will be include ensuring each day is a well mapped out schedule for our on site technicians & ensuring we meet our client needs in a timely and efficient manner.

Plumbaround Pty Ltd is a growing plumbing company in Brisbane with over 60 years of industry experience.
Our team provides comprehensive plumbing services, including commercial maintenance, scheduled facilities maintenance, body corporate works, fitouts, backflow prevention, and blocked drains and camera services.
We are proud members of the Master Plumbers' Association of Queensland.
Based in Northside Brisbane, we service Brisbane, and SEQ extending from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Office Scheduler & Administration located in Geebung, QLD.
The Office Scheduler & Administration personnel will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing office communications, providing administrative assistance, handling customer service inquiries, and performing basic accounting tasks.
The role requires maintaining organised office operations and supporting the team with various administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
Scheduling tasks will be include ensuring each day is a well mapped out schedule for our on site technicians & ensuring we meet our client needs in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong administrative assistance and office administration skills
Scheduling experience minimum 12 months
Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools, such as SimPro is a must
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy and fast paced environment
Attention to detail is a must
Good time management skills and ability to recognise and prioritise emergencies
