HelpAlong is seeking a Scheduling Officer to join our Strathpine team. Reporting to the Senior Scheduling Officer, you will play an important role in coordinating rosters and supporting the delivery of quality services to our clients.

As a Scheduling Officer, you'll support operations by coordinating Disability Support Worker (DSW) rosters, ensuring client needs are met while balancing staff availability. You will work closely with the Senior Scheduling Officer and other departments to keep scheduling operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

  • Coordinate day-to-day rostering of DSWs across SIL and Community services
  • Manage scheduling communications including phone, email and text messages
  • Respond to roster changes in a timely and professional manner
  • Work with the Senior Scheduling Officer to improve scheduling processes

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a scheduling, rostering or administrative role (desirable)
  • Understanding of the NDIS framework and requirements
  • Ability to learn new systems; experience with Brevity is an advantage
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
