Senior Technical Lead - Search Systems

Design and implement scalable indexing pipelines, query understanding systems, and relevance tuning mechanisms.
Requirements:
Extensive experience building search systems using technologies like Elasticsearch, Solr, or vector databases.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex search architectures and query performance tradeoffs.
Experience managing complex search infrastructure, including indexing pipelines and query understanding systems.
Able to teach others, with a focus on mentoring junior team members in search best practices and information retrieval concepts.
Pragmatic and flexible, with a keen eye for quality and a willingness to adjust to shifting customer search needs.
