We are a 25+ year old Premium Vineyard, centrally located in the Yarra Valley near Coldstream. Our small team works together striving for excellence in fruit quality.

This is a skills and experience based, excellent job opportunity.

We are searching for an enthusiastic, motivated and highly experienced machinery Operator. Experience is the key to this position and a minimum of 5 years experience is sought, preferably operating all types of vineyard equipment on hills and slopes.

Operations include Machine Harvesting operator, Fungicide spraying, slashing and mulching, pruning and netting operations as required.

Care and respect in the use of and treatment of all equipment is vitally important in this role.

The ability to effectively communicate with the vineyard manager, have good practical skills as-well-as an attention to detail are highly sought after. Welding, diagnostic abilities and mechanical skills are essential.

Other requirements for this position are an accreditation in chemical use, a current and valid drivers licence and a solid understanding and commitment to OH & S standards and practices. A forklift licence would be preferable and can be organised for the right applicant
