Job Title: Vineyard Operator

At our esteemed vineyard, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Vineyard Operator to join our dedicated team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the production of exceptional wines.

Our ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of vineyard operations, including machinery operation, maintenance, and repair. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of machinery including tractors, mowers, and pruning equipment to maintain the health and productivity of the vines
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Undertake repairs and adjustments as necessary to keep equipment in good working order
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Adhere to all relevant safety guidelines and protocols at all times

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 2 years of experience in operating farm machinery, preferably in a vineyard setting
  • Hold a valid Australian driver's license and forklift license
  • Be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
