Vineyard Specialist

As a Vineyard Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our vineyards and producing premium fruit from across the Mornington Peninsula.

About Us:

Ten Minutes by Tractor is an award-winning winery with a passion for producing premium cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay since 1997.

The Role:

This hands-on role will provide experience across a diverse range of plantings and varieties with a strong emphasis on sustainable and organic practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily vineyard operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure optimal grape production
- Implement sustainable and organic practices to maintain soil health and minimize environmental impact
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Requirements:

- Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and ability to work independently are essential for this role. You must also be able to use your initiative and follow instructions in a safe working environment.
- Tractor Operations: Experience in tractor operations such as mulching, slashing, and netting is required. You must also be able to work well in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
- Chemical Certification: Holding current chemical certification is desirable but not essential.

Salary: $45,786.40 - $64,999.00 per year
