**Who are you?**

You are a positive, motivated and experienced Administrator who wishes to join our team at GemLife.

The role is varied and includes assisting with creating and maintaining registers, chasing up Licences & Tickets, creating job Safety folders, taking minutes of meetings, typing Procedures, booking Training for Staff and much more. Advanced MS Office experience is an essential skill, knowledge of Procore and/or 1Breadcrumb is a definite advantage. Working in the HSET Department can sometimes be reactive so adaptability to an ever-changing list of priorities is a must.

If you are proficient in Excel, Word, Sharepoint and Outlook, a great communicator, who will ask a question rather than make a mistake and are able to enjoy the banter in the office plus you are organised, then this could be the role for you

If you have had experience in WH&S Administration, particularly within the Construction industry, then we want to hear from you.
