**Quick overview of the role**

**What will you be doing?**
- Receive and process requests for quotes in a timely manner.
- Provide high quality over counter and phone support to customer enquiries.
- Prioritise sales orders and ensure they are entered in a timely manner with a focus on data accuracy and reduction of keying errors.
- Ensure all administration tasks are completed within the requirements of customer service policies, procedures and best practice.
- Ensure sales orders and subsequent changes are processed in a timely manner and communicated clearly to relevant branches and Managers.
- Receive and resolve incoming complaints as they arise in a timely manner and escalate to the Branch Manager as required.
- Attend regular team meetings to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the other key roles in the branch, to facilitate support as required.
- Seek opportunities for improvement, take ownership of ideas and assist with implementation where applicable.
- Assist Warehouse & Distribution team with the maintenance and administration of PPE as per company guidelines and procedures.
- Assist Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor with stock ordering processes to ensure purchase orders are raised and/or receipted in a timely manner.
- Assist Warehouse and Distribution Supervisor with stock take processes.
- Coordinate administration & reporting of consumables allocations.
- Complete general branch and warehouse administration tasks as required.
- Undertake other duties and/or projects as required.
- Previous experience in customer service / administration
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail
- High level of personal presentation
