This position brings customers needs, parts supplies and the workshop capacity together to get the customers best outcome.
- Good results in English and Mathematics. We need you to be able to read, edit work orders and invoices, correct spelling and grammar, have documents presentable for our clients.
- Align with the team quality and safety values. Thrive working in a team with great leadership skills. Be driven by quality and focused on outcomes. Be willing to continue to learn and develop their skills.
- Have high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have excellent phone and face to face communication skills to help customers get what they want.
- Have a solid understanding of operating computer and software platforms (training provided), you may like to see the results of adding new stock items to the website or eBay through increased sales and pay.
- Have a current WA Drivers Licence or reliable transport to and from work.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Assisting internal and external customers to get their boats repaired so they may take their friends and family out boating.
- Some structured sales technics to help customers get what they want and ensure their boat is safe and good to use.
- Ordering parts or asking the parts dept to order from suppliers to meet customer demands.
- Providing high customer service.
- Can manage your time well.
- Assist the COO with admin tasks.
- Contribute to the "Continuous Improvement" Philosophy of the business.

- You will gain on the job experience and be paid to complete one of the following courses: Cert 4 in Business or Cert 3 in Warehousing, government wage assistance may be available while you learn. We are looking for a long term team member who will start from the ground up and may want to progress to a senior Service Manager or department manager.
