We are seeking an amazing candidate who is already based in Perth or Australia to join our team.
Lead & Mentor a team of mechanics.
Tuart Hill Truck Sales & THT Marine Sales are looking for a capable, reliable Heavy Diesel Mechanic - Leading Hand to join the dynamic team at THT.
Operating from our Perth Workshop, NO FIFO, you will be home every night.

Tuart Hill Truck Sales & THT Marine Sales is a family business since 1949 – the sole Western Australian Distributor for all FPT (Fiat Iveco) and Hyundai (Doosan) Diesel Powertrain Products for the applications of Marine, Power Generation, Industrial, and Fire Pump & Irrigation Engines, as well as on-road trucks and buses of all makes and models.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am – 4.30pm & Friday 8am – 2.30pm
Responsibilities
Lead & mentor a team of heavy diesel mechanics.
Contribute to safe work practices and ensure quality workmanship.
Requirements
Relevant Trade Qualification as a Heavy Diesel (HD) Mechanic
Relevant experience as a Leading Hand or in a Leadership role or a willingness to lead a team
5 years of minimum experience working on combustion engine equipment
Commitment to performing quality work and high attention to detail
Lead and mentor the team of heavy diesel mechanics
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
WA C Class driver's license
Commitment to safe work practices
Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
A successful candidate must be able to work independently and in a team, be self-motivated & show high attention to detail
