**Overview**

The R Developer Analyst will test and remediate code that will facilitate identifying the best models for detecting functional elements in core samples.

**Key Competencies**
- Experience in R eco system and knowledge of public R packages for calibration workflows.- Should have knowledge and good programing skills in R / Data Science.- Understand the activities/ tasks details, task level estimates, schedule, dependencies, risks and provide inputs to Module Lead for review.- Fix bugs and addressing issues in legacy code.- Good time estimation and time management skills- Documenting existing architecture and features in legacy code.Helpful
- Knowledge and good programming skills in Python.- Software architecture design- Understanding of spectra analysis in ML models- Data QA/QC- Testing QA/QC**Behaviors**
